- Children below the age of 5 years and below 15 kg are not allowed on-board
- This is a shared experience however, a single guest is not required to fill the available seats
- The boat accommodates 10 people on-board subject to change based on safety reasons
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women for safety and health reasons
- There may be a short waiting period for other participants of the tour to board the boat
- All guests should arrive at the start location at least 20 minutes prior to the cruise time
- Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking confirmation voucher which will be presented to the activity organiser to participate
- Note that the organizer will contact you to confirm the booking details
- The Meeting point is at the Dubai Marina Walk, opposite Spinneys Supermarket

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour attract no charges.
- All Cancellations made within 24 hours to tour attract 100% charges.
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Child Policy
- Children under the age of 5 are not allowed for this activity
- Children aged from 5- 12 will be charged the child rate
- Children from the age of 13 are considered adults and will be charged the adult rates
