COVID-19 PREENTIVE MEASURES

• Guests between age 6 to 60 are now allowed entry as per Dubai Municipality’s advice
• Daily capacity is now reduced to 30% for The Lost Chambers, Dolphin Bay & Sea Lion Point
• Social distancing measured at all areas of the Atlantis, The Palm are being observed.
• Atlantis’ security and medical services team will also conduct temperature checks utilizing thermal scanners and cameras upon arrival
• Face masks & gloves are compulsory and must be worn at all times

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including during participation in the Fish Tales Tour and Ray Feeding, Shark Safari and Ultimate Snorkel
• Aqua Trek Xtreme is only available for children between 12 years & above

Cancellation Policy

• Aquaventure Waterpark ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable as per Atlantis Dubai policy

Child Policy

• Children under the age of 2 are considered infants and are admitted free of charge
• Children aged from 3 to 7 years will be charged the child rates
• Children from age 8 will be charged adults rates
