Kidzaina Dubai is a perfect mix of fun and education rolled up in one amazing experience. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Pets are not allowed
• Children below 120 cm must be accompanied by an adult
• A hard copy of the E-Ticket is required at the ticket counter to gain access
• Adults are only allowed entry if they are accompanying at least one child
• Pick up is only arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence and not from the Airport
• Food & beverages from outside are not allowed in Kidzania.
• Pickup & drop off timings on shared transfers can be modified based on the tour schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour attract no charges. 
• All Cancellations made within 24 hours to tour attract 100% charges.
• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under the age of 2 years will be considered infants and entry will be free.
• Children aged from 3 to 16 years will be charged the child rates.
• Children above age 17 will be considered as adults and charged the adult rates.
