By now you must have realized that Dubai is indeed a city of incredible wonders and the Dubai Ice Rink is certainly one of such wonders. You can enjoy authentic winter fun at this Olympic sized ice rink located right at the heart of the biggest mall in the world. With approximately 1500 square meters to explore, guests can learn how to skate, showcase their skills, twirl or even enjoy some fun disco while skating through its beautiful snow fall. Guest can also enjoy an ice golf or ice hockey session at this state of the art ice rink.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• A hard copy of the E-Ticket is required to gain access at the Dubai Ice Rink.
• Children must be at least 120 cm and above in height to use Icebykes or eBykes.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this activity for health and safety reasons
• All children below the age of 5 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• All children must be accompanied at all times by an Adult or a Guardian during the tour
• Guests are required to wear comfortable warm clothing including thick socks and gloves.
• To use IceBykes or eBykes, are required to wear tight pants and fully enclosed sports shoes, avoid long flowing clothes that could easily be trapped in motion.
• Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence not from the Airport.
• Pick-up / drop off timing on sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour attract no charges. 
• All Cancellations made within 24 hours to tour attract 100% charges.
• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under the age of 3 years will be considered infants and will be admitted free.
• Children aged from 4 to 11 years will be charged the child rates.
• Children above age 12 will be considered as adults and charged the adult rates.
