Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour attract no charges.
• All Cancellations made within 24 hours to tour attract 100% charges.
• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under the age of 3 years and below 1.3 meters in height will be considered infants and entry will be free.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged the child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as adults and charged the adult rates
