IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Each passenger is required to bring their original passport or Emirates ID to the check-in area. A valid contact telephone number will also be required.
• All passengers must arrival at the departure point 60 minutes before the scheduled tour. 
• Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations
• Tours are operated subject to weather, visibility and sea conditions, operational safety, security concerns and force majeure events or any reason deemed tangible enough to cancel the tour
• EW Travels isn’t liable for NO SHOW or LATE ARRIVALS I either cases, cost are non-refundable. 
• Pickup will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only
• Pregnant women up to 28 weeks as at the tour date can participate in the tour without a medical certificate or report.
• Passengers completely immobile are not acceptable for this tour for safety reasons.
• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made 72 hours prior to the tour attract no charges. 
• All Cancellations made within 48 – 72 hours prior the tour attract 50% charges.
• All Cancellations made within 48 hours prior the tour are nonrefundable.
• All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
• This cancellation policy applies to group bookings as well.

Child Policy

• Children 12 years and above are considered adults.
• Passengers aged 2 – 11 are considered children and child rates apply
• Children from 0 – 2 are considered infants ad no seats will be reserved for infants and should travel on guardians lab.
• A maximum of 3 children below age 12 per adult is allowed per flight.
• Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to travel unaccompanied by an adult who is at least 16 years old. The adult must be booked on the same reservation as the child.
