BOOKING POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour attract no charges. 
• All Cancellations made within 24 hours to tour attract 100% charges.
• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under the age of 2 years are not allowed for this activity.
• Children aged from 2 to 12 years will be considered charged the child rates.
• Children above age 12 will be considered as adults and charged the adult rates.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• A valid photo ID is mandatory to gain entry to the snow park.
• Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians at all times.
• Smoking within the premises is not allowed.
• Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request and at an additional charge.
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
